Hi, I’m Émilie Beké! I’m a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on youth mental health, here to support pre-teens and teens through one of the most complex and important stages of life.

My background spans both physical and mental health care, and I’ve seen how deeply intertwined those two areas are — especially for adolescents. I work with clients aged 10 to 18 and specialize in diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and eating disorders. My goal is to offer care that’s evidence-based, non-judgmental, and grounded in real connection.

I believe in meeting young people where they are. That means listening closely, explaining clearly, and helping youth and their families feel informed and supported every step of the way. When it comes to medication, I love answering questions and having open conversations about what might be helpful — always with a focus on consent and collaboration.

At Acceptance Nurse Psychotherapy, I work alongside Nurse Psychotherapists and other care providers to make sure clients receive comprehensive support. I often tell families that mental health care is like a toolbox: my role may involve medication, while therapy and lifestyle strategies offer other essential tools. Together, we build a full picture of care.
