  • Hi, I’m NP Emma!

With over 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, I provide inclusive, evidence-based care that supports both mental and physical health. I work collaboratively with clients to create practical treatment plans that fit their goals, preferences, and day-to-day lives, and I take a highly collaborative approach to care, ensuring you feel actively involved and supported in every decision we make together.

My practice focuses on virtual medical mental health management and primary care support. I help clients manage Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), insomnia disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), peri-menopause hormone therpy, gender-affirming care, weight management, and everyday health needs.

I believe the best care considers the whole person. Mental and physical health are deeply connected, and treatment works best when both are addressed together. My approach is compassionate, respectful, and transparent, with a focus on helping you feel informed, comfortable, and in control of your care.

    I offer:

Primary Care & Medical Mental Health Support
    → Comprehensive assessments
    → Diagnostic testing and screening
    → Evidence-based treatment plans
    → Medication management
    → Specialist referrals
    → Preventive and routine care
→ Disability and workplace support forms

I support clients with practical documentation needs, including short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), workplace accommodations, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) applications and reviews, Employment Insurance (EI) forms, compassionate care leave, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) forms, and Disability Tax Credit (DTC) applications.

Where helpful, I collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. Whether you are already receiving therapy, exploring medication options, or simply looking for guidance, we can build a plan that supports your overall wellbeing.

Starting care can feel intimidating, but you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can begin wherever you are, at a pace that feels right for you.

I look forward to caring for you
